crust: millet and flax crackers:
they are super yummy and triangular shaped, and rounded on the edges so they fit in the pan really nicely.
filling: sauteed onions, garlic, leeks, mushrooms, boiled brussel sprouts with 6 eggs and some salt.
topping: grated swiss cheese (obviously rae's choice).
suggestions: more herbs!
