a second appearance by isaac - a welcome surprise for some of us - and rae planned a great quiche that was a combination of his favorite things. and it happened to be sarah's favorite too!
before making the quiche we had to clean the oven because there was a rat hanging out in it for a while...and it smelled like rat pee...
crust: mashed sweet potatoes (a large boiled sweet potato, earth balance, salt and almond milk)
filling: 5 eggs, wilted spinach, black beans
topping: parmeasan and cheddar cheese (should have been goat, says isaac)
it was a great crowd pleaser.
