my first dream

one night, i dreamed of quiche.
it was a simple quiche. it had a crushed up corn flake crust with a layer of mashed potato. And then a 4 egg and sautéed greens filling with tomatoes and queso fresco on top.
yum!
everyone loved it.

and that's how it all began....

all the quiches bake at about 375 and for about 30 minutes. always test with knife to make sure they are done: no gooey-ness. no salmonella!
