ever had smiley fries? they're quite awesome. like the goodness of mashed potatoes and french fries rolled into one. yum!
anyways, they are the rock of this quiche that is inspired by a fast food meal.
crust: pre-baked smiley fries and some just slivered and boiled potatoes because we ran out!
filling: sauteed fake meat burger (a gluten free one of course!) with caramelized onions, and 5 eggs
topping: tomato slices and yellow cheddar cheese!
side: sauteed collards
all we need is a toy...
